2, 2 years and above automation equipment development, institutional development, machine framework development experience;
3, familiar with mechanical design, motion control, fluid mechanics and other principles, skilled use of Solidworks, Inventor, AutoCAD and other mechanical design software.
1. Handle business order push-down requirements, determine machine information and production planning sequence, hold machine meetings and related matters;
2, according to the requirements of production orders, track material requirements, material preparation and urgent enquiry, control machine materials, auxiliary materials, inventory sluggish materials, etc.
3. Tracked the time nodes of orders from the push down to delivery, prepared production plans, adjusted production schedules, and completed order delivery plans;
4, early warning machine production abnormal problems, coordinate the resources of various departments, solve production obstacles, production abnormal tracking, processing, reporting and record;
5, capacity load assessment, statistical data analysis, production information integration;
