On January 12, 2023, the first EFEM in Lingang Factory was delivered
The new factory in Lingang will be established in December 2021, and the decoration will be completed in September 2022. Several EFEM equipment will be put into use, and the new equipment will be produced in the Clean Room of the subsidiary. Promote mass production and strengthen business continuity plans (BCP) by decentralizing production sites.
